Limited — first-come, first-served
For Applicants
Food Vendor Requirements
✓ Valid Tennessee Food Handler's License required
✓ Health department inspection certificate
✓ Proof of liability insurance ($1M minimum)
✓ All cooking equipment must be propane or electric
✓ Generators must be quiet-running (65 dB or less)
✓ Booth space: 10×10 or 10×20 available
✓ Setup begins Friday evening before the festival
✓ All waste must be properly disposed of on-site
✓ Menu must be submitted with application for approval
