It is very Important you read all documents and follow all instructions. Please pay attention to deadlines for payments, forms, and meeting dates. With your cooperation, we will once again have a very sucessful festival year. All forms are in PDF format.

All Food Vendors must represent a local "Non-Profit" organization and share a percentage (or Donation) of profit (at your discretion) to those Clubs, Churches, Organizations with a sign posted at your stand who you are representing.This helps keep a Local homegrown Festival! No Food Duplication is allowed.

Vendor Meeting

August 24, 2024 @ 9:00 am, All food vendors are required to attend this meeting at Germantown Civic Club Complex (7745 Poplar Pike) in Germantown, TN. (Festival Site Location)
We will also Distribute your parking passes, Site map and spotting location of your site!

Coke Sponsored Festival

All food vendors are required to sell Coke Products purchased from the coke trailer onsite! and deliver your orders. There can be no other beverage products sold other than available Coke Products from any food vendor. This includes Bottled Water of any Kind! Coke will invoice and settle up payments on Sunday afternoon. Coke forms will still have to be turned in for your initial order on Vendor meeting day.

New Ice Vendor Coming soon!

We are in the process of a new Ice supplier to all food vendors this year. More information will be available soon.

Fire Code

Please feel free to pass my contact information to the food vendors scheduled to be at this year's Germantown Festival. Any of my staff would be happy to speak with them and tell them what the fire code requirements are for mobile food trucks/trailers.

As per past years, all food vendors will be required to have a fire extinguisher. The extinguisher needs to be an ABC type with a minimum rating of 2A, 10BC. If the vendor will be using a deep fat fryer, they will also need a Class K extinguisher in addition to the ABC type.

Shelby County Health Dept.

Permits have been supplied to the Health Dept. as part of your Festival Application Fee.

On Saturdy morning 9/07/24 please be prepared for you Shelby County Health Inspection. They will send multiple inspectors and have started as early as 7am.
